About me and iKnowSupport's goal

Since 2010, Apple has been a real passion for me. Over time I have built up a lot of knowledge, and this is exactly the knowledge I want to share.

Over the last ten years, I have helped many people get more out of their Apple devices. That idea is what iKnowSupport is built on. It is about personal support on site or online, and about guides and articles that help you understand, configure and use your devices in a more meaningful way.

A section with technical articles is also being created. It covers Apple, the strength of the ecosystem, modern technology, productivity and topics that are often misunderstood or underestimated.

The goal is simple. Apple devices should become easier to understand, not more complicated. Technology should help people and feel natural in everyday life. That is the idea behind this project.
